i'm writing to formally complain about the difficulty in canceling my subscription.
I need to cancel this subscription of the teams immediately, however there is no visible or accessible cancel button on my account, and I cannot find any clear instructions or directions explaining how to cancel the purchase. I have checked my account settings and help sections, and none provide a way to complete this cancellation.
This lack of transparency makes it impossible for users to manage their own subscriptions, which is unacceptable.
Please cancel my subscription as soon as possible and confirm that no further charges will be made. I also request a clear explanation of how cancellations are supposed to be handled on your platform.
